Upon arrival at Amman Airport, a representative will meet you at the flight door. After completing the formalities, you will be driven to your hotel in Amman for dinner and overnight stay. Rest well to prepare for the energetic days ahead.
You can take the city tour in Amman right after breakfast. The Roman Theatre and the Citadel are worth visiting, along with the Temple of Hercules and the great views of the city. Start with a walk through the old city, Al Balad or West Al Balad. Next, head to Madaba to visit the Basilica of St. George and see the map of the Holy Land. Then, travel to Mount Nebo for a stunning view of the Jordan Valley. Finally, head to Petra for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, visit the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the seven new world natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at the architectural designs and carvings that make Petra famous worldwide. In the afternoon, travel to the Wadi Rum desert. Enjoy dinner at the camp and spend the night in a tent in the middle of the desert.
Have a breakfast at the campsite than take two hours jeep tour in Wadi Rum. Petroglyphs and petrifications are open, and other curious formations of the desert that became the scene for many movies.
